The following internet specials are currently available to new, non-insured PEDIATRIC first visit to our office patients. Please mention the specific internet special when you call for your appointment so we can offer it to you at that time. SEALANT SPECIAL
Sealants included with any new patient exam, xrays, prophy, and flouride at regular fees ($320.00) Codes 0150, 0210, 1120, and 1203. Uninsured patients only. (Minimum age 6 years-Maximum age 16 years)
Sealants (ADA Code 1351) will be placed on permanent 1st and/or second caries free molars at no extra charge. A $200-$400 value.
